The Villa has 3 larger rooms on the upper level (3 single beds) with bathrooms, balcony and 2 smaller rooms (2 single beds). 

During the summer season air-condition, in winter season central heating, and all year round WiFi, cable TV, towels and bed-linen are available. In 8 bedrooms 16 standard guest we can accommodate, and we have 9 extra beds for large families.
A true dream home is waiting for you to relax in a luxury Villa, to host corporate birthday, family, hen, stag, company weekend or other events up to 30 people (comfortable 20 people or less). Breakfast, dinner, barbecue, party snacks, chef, mixer service, therapy massage are available. The specialty of the exclusive and unique three-storey villa for all needs with 2000m2 garden and a magnificent view of the city is the all year-round heated 14m indoor pool and 6-person hot tub and sauna.

 

The Villa lies in the family-house part of Buda, with a 2000m2 private garden. Table tennis, playground for kids (with sandpit, slide and swing), sunbeds are available. There is an open fire place with wine-cellar, covered terrace in front of the pool with rattan sofas.

There is a panorama terrace with unique view to the town with 10 garden chairs. There is a BBQ terrace with double BBQ and cauldron place with 10 garden chairs. Grill parties are available, or you can cook for yourself (depend on weather).

Parking is free on the street, 2 car can park  in the garden. Flowers and garden plants, grass are constantly maintained.

WELLNESS & POOL
Indoor 14m long 27C swimming pool, 6 people 35C Jacuzzi, sauna (Finn or infra), shower, toilet, washing and drying machine, tumble dryer, garden with table tennis, children playground, deck chairs. The all-year heated, 14,5 m indoor swimming pool with a unique design (it is 1,5 m deep and the water's temperature is 27°C). Next to the pool there is a Jacuzzi (hot tub) for 6 people (35 °C) with different functions such as hydro massage, neck shower. Free pool towels, bathrobe and slipper you can order. The doors of the pool open into the large private garden. If the weather is nice you can sunbathe in the garden on deckchairs. The sauna has two functions: finn sauna at 90°C or infra sauna. The shower is multi-functional. The pool has a bar with lights, and if you switch them on you can create a fantastic atmosphere in the evening. With the house sound system you can listen to your own music in the pool. Smoking and glasses are also not allowed in the pool area.
