8-bedroom and 6 bathroom (480m2), unique indoor pool luxury villa with air-conditioning, a breathtaking panorama in Buda for larger families and groups of friends.
The Villa lies in the silent family-house part of Buda, with a 2000m2 private garden. Table tennis, playground for kids (with sandpit, slide and swing), sunbeds and outside furniture are available on covered terrace in front of the pool.
Panorama terrace is in front of dining and living room with unique view to the town with 10 garden chairs and drink fridge.
Grill terrace with double grill and cauldron place with 10 garden chairs is in front of the entrance. Grill parties are available, or you can cook for yourself (depend on weather).
Parking is free on the street, 2 car can park in the garden. Flowers and garden plants, grass are constantly maintained and watered.
A real dream villa is waiting for you as a venue for events such as birthdays, family-, friends- or company meetings up to 30 people. Events in the garden are allowed to 10 pm, and can not be too loud, we have kind neighbours, who like to sleep at night.

Indoor 14m long 27C swimming pool, 6 people 35C Jacuzzi, sauna (Finn or infra), shower, toilet, washing and drying machine, tumble dryer, garden with table tennis, children playground, deck chairs.
The all-year heated, 14,5 m indoor swimming pool with a unique design (it is 1,5 m deep and the water's temperature is 25°C). Next to the pool there is a massage pool (hot tub) for 6 people (34 °C) with different functions such as hydro massage, neck shower. Free pool towels, bathrobe and slipper you can order. The doors of the pool open into the large private garden. If the weather is nice you can sunbathe in the garden on deckchairs. The infra sauna box have more panels. The shower is multi-functional. The pool has a bar with fridge, washing machine, and lights, and if you switch them on you can create a fantastic atmosphere in the evening. With the house sound system you can listen to your own music in the pool. Plastic glasses you can use in the pool area.
