Terms and Conditions
Payment: prepayment and second part payment is according of your reservation with bank transfer or cash
Refundable damage deposit: 500€/500£/200.000HUF is payable at arrival with cash. In case of VRBO reservations are included, AIRBNB reservations offer AirCover.
Guest number: minimum 1, maximum 16 people.
Children discount: 0-2 years free, 2-12 years pay half of the adult price. Baby bed, bed linen, towels, high chair fee is 10€/day, prior reservation is required.
Pets: not allowed
Air-condition: usage (optional) fee is 60€/day in full house (8 bedrooms and living-dining area).
Cleaning fee: 150€ (according to your booking, please check if cleaning fee is included in your price). Normal cleaning with bed-linen change on 7th day in case of long reservation. Extra cleaning costs 20€/hour, please contact us.
Towels: Every guest gets one hand towel 30*50cm, one normal towel 70*140cm and one pool towel 100*150cm we change on 3rd or 4th day. If you need more towels, set price is 3€.
Check-in: from 4:00 pm. If we have no guest before you in our Calendar, we offer early check-in for 20€/hour, but we have several advertisements, where guests can book with a click, we can guarantee early check-in only a day earlier. If we had guests before you, we have to clean the Villa until 4:00 pm, thank you for your understanding. If you would like to be sure in your early check-in you have to book the previous night. We offer combined transfer from airport to the city first (normal airport transfer price), you can get a good lunch, coffee, or can shop something, maybe enjoy some activities. You can take your luggage with you, can use luggage-sfae boxes in the city center, or the minibus driver can save them (costs 20€/hour). Later you can come from the city to the Villa with minibus. In low season from November to March mostly the weekends are booked in the Villa, but we can't promise anything.
Photo ID on arrival: All guests (including infants) are required to check-in online, or present an original photo ID on arrival, which must be scanned in accordance with the tourism regulations in force from 01.09.2021. If the arriving guest does not have an ID, he/she will not be admitted to the accommodation and the booking fee will not be refunded.
Check-out: to 11:00 am. If we have no guest after you in our Calendar, we offer late check-out for 20€/hour, but we have several advertisements, where guests can book with a click, we can guarantee late check-out only a day earlier. If we wait our next guests, we have to clean the Villa from 11:00 am, thank you for your understanding. If you would like to be sure in your late check-out, you have to book the next night. We offer combined transfer from the Villa to the city first, you can get a good lunch, coffee, or can shop something, maybe enjoy some activities. You can take your luggage with you, or the minibus driver can save them(costs 20€/hour), or you can use luggage boxes in the city center. Later you can come from the city to the airport with minibus for normal airport transfer price. In low season from November to March mostly the weekends are booked in the Villa, we can't promise anything.
Parking: free for 2 cars in the garden and any cars in front of the house on the street.
Location-noise: Villa is laying in a silent family house part of the city, we have neighbors, after 10:00 pm-08:00 am outside loud noise is strictly not allowed.
Bans: No fireworks, firearms, confetti, drugs in the Villa. Unregistered persons will be fined for being in the Villa. No smoking indoors.
Free: WiFi, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, antibacterial soap are included in the price. Electricity, gas, swimming pool heating, waste disposal, central heating, cable TV are also included. Welcome drink, coffee, tea, sugar is free. Please wash your dishes and put them back to their place. Collect the garbage selective, thank you.

Refundable damage deposit
Price: 500€
The guest is liable for all damage in the Villa whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests. If the damage exceeds of deposit, we require settle of difference before departure. Refundable deposit you have to pay at least in check-in time. You can pay

Possible additional cost and penalties
We would like to ask for our beloved family Villa to be returned in the condition in which it was handed over. Please treat our guests with care. However, accidents do sometimes happen, or guests may not observe certain rules, which will incur costs for us. We would like our guests to be informed about the costs.
The refundable deposit serves to cover extra costs, or any damage (breakage of furniture, glasses, etc.), your manager can give price in case of accident at check-out, what we deduct from your deposit. The Villa incl. the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care. Please do not move fixtures and furniture from the place where they are at check-in time. Toilets are not to be used for disposal of feminine products, prophylactics, cigarette butts, cosmetics, cotton buds, children's toys, or any other garbage. Please not use our white towels for makeup removing, thank you.
- Usage fee of the outside grill or fireplace 30€ (We give you wood, charcoal and lighter, if you not use, don’t have to pay)
- Mix garbage extra fee is 30€ (Please collect the garbage separately metal, paper, and plastic to the containers, thank you)
- Extra kitchen and house cleaning fee from 30€ (Cleaning fee does not include dish-washing, please wash all dishes, glasses you used with the dishwasher machine, and put back them, thank you)
The refundable deposit as well as a guarantee that our policy will be followed.
- Extra pollution fee from 30€ In case of extra pollution (confetti, extra dirt, cannot be washed textiles, towels used to remove makeup, dry cleaning is needed)
- Littering in the garden extra fee is 30€ (Please do not drop cigarettes and other trash to the garden, thank you)
- Smoking on not allowed place fee is 100€ (Please do not smoke in the pool area, and in sleeping rooms, thank you)
- Extra pool water cleaning fee from 100€/hot tube-300€/pool (Please do not throw anything into the water, either liquid or else, thank you)
- Lost key 200€/house key set, 70€/safe key (Please save your keys, thank you)
- Air-conditions fee is 60€/day in summer period (Please close windows and doors if you use, thank you)
- Please call us only when really need between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. If there is a problem in the house (power failure, heating stops, fire) this is of course our problem too, and we try to solve shortly. If you need to take action (loss of key) due to your fault or not find a taxi, you left something in a taxi etc., we will charge you an extra 20€. We are a family, withs small kids, and we need a night peace, thank you.
- Hospitality, other guests are allowed with only prior agreement, fees apply. The penalty of staying not agreed and paid extra guest, animal 100€/person.
- Our house is located in silent a family house living part of the city. According of local rules local residents and guests shall have care for the peace of the neighbors at all times, especially between 10:00 pm to 8:00 pm loud noise, music is strictly not allowed outside in the garden, on terraces or balconies. If you move in/out at night in the garden, please be silent, others nearby are sleeping, thank you. In case neighbors report a loud noise, or in case of irregular usage of the house, we have a right to move the group from the Villa.
