PRIVATE MINIBUS TRANSFER
BUDAPEST AIRPORT CHECK-IN TRANSFER
We offer arrival transfer from Liszt Ferenc Airport please give us your flight number and destination (from where), the English-speaking driver will wait for you at the airport, they will get a contact with you on your phone. You will pay the transfer fee directly to the driver in EUR/HUF cash (ATM can be found at the airport).

In case you would like to go with your group from the Villa to anywhere in the city (not depending on distance), order your transfer on fix price a day earlier. Minibus will wait for you in front of the house. Back way please use taxis, you can find in the city center several.

LUGGAGE SAVE, WAITING WITH MINIBUS
If your like to stop for a Tesco shopping, or your flight arrives before check-in time, or your flight will depart afternoon or evening, and you have heavy luggage, transfer minibus luggage save costs or waiting time 20€/hour/minibus, only with prior arrangement.

SHOPPING TO THE VILLA
At arrival we help our guests to fill the fridge. For a large group need a lot of drinks, meals during they stay, and we found a rather cheap and comfortable way of shopping instead of wasting your holiday time.

We offer to buy drinks and meals to be your fridge full when you arrive, please order your shopping list 3 days before your arrival online from https://www.kifli.hu/en-HU. Our address 1221(Post code) Budapest (town) (22th district) Portyázó út(street) 46(house number). You can order your shopping after your arrival time, or if you like us to wait your shopping, please order your shopping with delivery from 12:00-14:00 on arrival date. Please give as a second contact phone as a note +36309249381 (we will wait for your shopping, important to give my number, because drivers sometimes late, or not find the address). On Bank Holidays no delivery. Please send us the shopping list by mail to check the quantity to info@rentvillabudapest.com, delivery service cost is 20€. Please pay your bill with your bank card, we can not pay your order. Prices for example:

Extra guests inviting - events

If you like to invite your friends, relatives, colleagues to enjoy the Villa with you during your stay, up to 30 people total with sleeping guests is possible with prior agreement.
We can provide your guests towels for the pool usage.
We offer to use plastic glasses, plates, our cleaning price is not content dish-washing.
Please note, our Villa is laying in a family-house part of the city, and after 10:00 pm loud noise is not allowed according of local rules in the garden, or terraces. We have to ensure a peaceful rest of our neighbors. Inside in the pool area or dining area you can use our sound system. Larger parties, more guests are not allowed in the Villa, please find an other possibility, thank you for your understanding.
Cleaning service
Price: 150€
The cleaning service is a mandatory service, what we make before check-in, or after a week during your stay. Villa cleaning takes usually 4-5 hours with 3-4 cleaners. Price is valid for the Villa, and not depend on person number. Towels we change on 3rd or 4th day in case of long stay reservation.
Cleaning price is included:
- virucidal cleaning of the bedrooms, washing and ironing the textiles (bed-linen, sheets, 3 towels/person (30*50cm, 70*140cm, 100*150cm) We change towels on every 3rd of 4th day, if you like more clen towels, you can order for washing cost 3€/set
- virucidal cleaning of the bathrooms, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, antibacterial liquid soap
- virucidal cleaning of the kitchen, antibacterial hand and machine dishwasher liquid, sponge, paper towel, kitchen linen, garbage bags
The cleaning service does not include dish-washing Please wash the used dishes, glasses, cutlery with the dishwasher and put it back where it was found. If you like extra cleaning, please note before arrival, and we organize extra staff at a rate of 10€ per hour.
The cleaning service price is valid for normal/standard contamination. If extra pollution is found or upholstery cleaning is required, the extra cost will be provided by the manager upon check-out, and will deducted from the deposit. Confetti or other similar decoration is not allowed.
Air conditioning
Price: 60€/day
The fee covers the operation and electricity consumption of 9 air conditioners in the 8 bedrooms and living area in the entire villa.
THERAPY MASSAGE
Neck and head therapy massage (30 minutes)

The massage is experienced in the pool by an professional masseurs. The price of massage includes the massage bed, used oils, flavors. The massage is therapy, and not sexual service. Time reservation is required a week earlier. On the same day 3 hour maximum time period is available with 1 masseur.

If you like yourself to use a grill fire places, you can order charcoal and lighter, and we will prepare to your arrival. Please note, the grill place is opened, without roof in the garden, so in windy or rainy weather can not use. If you don't use it, you won't be charged. If you like yourself to use a indoor fire place in the living room, you can order fire wood and, and we will prepare to your arrival. Please start the lighting slowly, do not put too much wood on the fire at once.. If you don't use it, you won't be charged.

Choose a decoration from the shop, and we will dress the Villa for your birthday, or party to your arrival.
