Recipes of Menu chicken - we offer for ladies

Our chef offers this three-course menu for our lady guests, and for those who prefer a lighter fare, and economy price. The recipes are simple but delicious. In the vegetarian version our chef prepares creamy mushroom or creamy vegetable. Order 24h earlier. Gluten and diary-free menu is available. In our menus we try to collect Hungarian specialties. Enjoy your meal!

Cottage cheese sandwich

 

Ingredients / Serves 4

30 ounces goat cheese (bryndza)

20 g butter

2 tablespoons mustard

4 spring onions

1 tsp paprika

pepper

salt 

ground cumin

 

Preparation

Mix together the butter and the cheese. Put the chopped onion in it, and mix well. Add the mustard, ground pepper, salt, paprika and ground cumin, mix well and put it in the fridge for a few hours.

Creamy chicken

 

Ingredients / Serves 4

50dkg filleted chicken thighs

1 large onion

2 green peppers

1 tomato

1 tablespoon red paprika

1-1 oz of sour cream and cream

1 teaspoon flour

1 clove of garlic

salt

 

Preparation

After cleaning the chicken, wash it, and cut it into small pieces. Salt the cuts on both sides. After cleaning, chop the onion finely. Simmer the onion. Remove from the heat add the red paparika, 2 tablespoons of water and put it back. Fry the cuts both sides, then pour some water to it. Add the washed and sliced ​​green peppers. Cover and simmer, but turn the meat frequently. If the water is missing, add one or two tablespoons of hot water. Finally, put the small cloves crushed garlic and chopped tomatoes to it. Also steam for several minutes under cover. Add the sour cream and cream mix into the flour until smooth, then pour the meat. Only boil until bedding, until the shaking and paprika sauce has collected at the top. Should not be mixed.

Dumplings

 

Ingredients / Serves 4

4 eggs

400 g flour

260 ml water

salt


Preparation

Mix the eggs and the water. Add the flour and the salt. The dough is good, if it runs down a little on the fork. Cut with chopper, and put it into boiling salted water. Cook until the noodles come up to the top of the water.

Cucumber salad

 

Ingredients / Serves 4

600 g cucmber

1 clove of garlic

1 tsp salt

2-3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon sour cream


Preparation

Clean the cucumbers thinly. Put  them in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients. The garlic is pressed apart and added. Stir a little with a fork. Put it to the fridge to rest. Serve cold with a spoon of sour cream on top.

Ricotta cake

 

Ingredients / Serves 8

2 cups pastry flour

1 cup sugar

1 packet of baking powder

2 packages vanilla sugar

1 natural yoghurt

500 g cottage cheese

3 packets of vanilla sugar

400 g raspberries

sour cream

half a cup of oil

half a cup of sugar

 

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the sponge. Pour the mixture into a buttered, lightly floured, round cake tin with clasps, and then put it into the preheated oven! If it is ready, place it wire rack and let it cool. While cooling, mix the cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread the cooled sponge cake. Smooth it out and spray it onto the raspberries. Prepare the jelly cake and drip it on the cake and let it solidify. Store in the refrigerator.
